So I am down to my final days in India, and I have been around and did a lot of things. I wish that I would have traveled more from the city, but things have been good.
On Thursday, I took a tour to Mysore and other places just outside of Bangalore. Mysore is a beautiful place, that has a wonderful palace. It was wonderful. At the palace I also saw some monkeys, an elephant and a camel. I got to take pictures with the elephant. I kind of wanted to go for a ride but we did not have too much time. While on this tour I also, met a girl from Seattle. She was really nice, and we hung out all day. She is a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines and was giving me some pointers on how to get on their good side.
Yesterday, I met up with a person I met in the airport and he showed me around the city. We went to a place called the 13th floor. Here we were able to sit outside and had an amazing view of the city. It was really nice to get out and see a different part of Bangalore. I am really starting to like the things India has to offer: food, cheapness, friendly people. Maybe I will come back to visit someday.
