Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp

Wow, it has been a long time since I have posted last. I guess that means I have been busy. I had 3 friends come visit me this last weekend, and I had a great time. We did loads of stuff together, including a 4th of July BBQ in the rain. One thing we did, touristy of course, that I hadn't done yet was visit a Concentration Camp.

This camp is about an hour outside of Berlin and was one of the first camps built. It was a work camp so people did not go here to die, however many people did end up dying here. It was extremely interesting and very sad at the same time. I can't believe what the people were put through at this camp. I will always remember this experience.
